Lead your executive team through a cyber breach and ransomware crisis. Security, legal, communications, and operations all want different things. The CEO has to choose.
Reflect on the decisions your team made under pressure.
Use a four-letter code. The host sets the team count, can override assignments, and manually advances each round.
Objective: Lead a cyber breach and ransomware response while balancing customer trust, operations, legal risk, board confidence, and team alignment.
Setup: Join with the room code from your facilitator. Your team format may be Full Executive, 3-person Executive, or CEO + Executive Cell based on participant count.
How to play: Each role submits a recommendation. The CEO reviews the advice and locks the final team decision for the round.
Your role: Read your role brief, advise clearly, and help the CEO balance competing crisis priorities before the decision is locked.
End condition: After five rounds, compare the balanced outcome and debrief the tradeoffs behind each team's strongest and weakest metrics.
Set the team structure, then launch the crisis.
